New composite bat list for 2013/2014

(1-4-14)

Licensed composite-barreled bats (2 1/4 inch barrels) that meet the Bat Peformance Factor (BPF) standard, and the Accelerated Break In (ABI) procedure, are listed below.

This list applies for the current season, and will be updated as needed.

This list is representative of licensed composite-barreled baseball bats that are permitted to be used in the Little League (Majors) Division and below, as of the latest revision date shown at the bottom of this page, when this list was last updated.

This list may have more licensed models added to it as more bats are tested, and if Little League receives the positive testing results from the manufacturer.

Little League International Congratulates Little League Baseball World Series Alum Lance Lynn, St. Louis Cardinals on Winning MLB World Series

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Oct. 28, 2011) – The St. Louis Cardinals won their 11th World Series Championship in franchise history, defeating the Texas Rangers – four games to three. Lance Lynn, who played in the 1999 Little League Baseball World Series for Brownsburg (Ind.) Little League, was a key contributor out of the bullpen for the National League Champions, highlighted by a perfect eighth inning in the title-clinching Game 7 victory over the two-time American League Champs.

New Mobile-Friendly Webpage Provides Easy Access to Little League-Approved Bat List

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Dec. 13, 2011) – Little League International has developed a mobile-friendly webpage. The page is designed to scale to the various screen sizes available on mobile devices. The webpage provides a current listing of licensed baseball bats with a 2 1/4 inch maximum diameter that are currently approved for use in the baseball divisions of Little League (Little League [Majors] Division and below).

Interior of Peter J. McGovern Little League Museum to Be Completely Renovated
